All sales are final. No refunds are provided once access is granted or the service is delivered. This includes:
Coaching is delivered as a remote, digital service.
For physical products: returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Products must be unopened and unused. The customer is responsible for return shipping unless the product is defective or incorrect.
